Content policy
operator Nyedis
1. the short version
Be useful and be straight with people. Comments go live the moment you post them, so we rely on everyone to follow these rules and on moderators to act on reports.
2. what is not allowed
- Spam: ads, repeated posts, link farming, fake reviews or votes, and posts made only to promote something unrelated.
- Abuse: harassment, threats, hate, doxxing, sexual content involving minors, or anything meant to hurt a person.
- Impersonation: pretending to be another person, project or company, or using a handle to look like one.
- Security: malware, code that steals data or credentials, code that hides what it really does, or content that attacks the service or its users.
- Copyright: posting work you do not have the right to share, or submitting software that breaks its own licence.
- Anything illegal, or anything else that breaks the terms.
3. reporting
Use the report control on any comment, review or catalog item in the app. Pick the closest reason:
- spam
- abuse
- impersonation

You can also write to support@carnivore.ai. Say what it is, where it is, and why it breaks the rules.
4. what moderators do
Moderators may hide or remove content, remove a catalog item, limit what an account can do, or suspend or remove the account. We act on reports and on what we find ourselves. We do not promise a particular response time.
5. copyright takedown
If you believe something on the community service infringes your copyright, send a notice to support@carnivore.ai with:
- your name, address, email address and phone number;
- a description of the work you say is infringed;
- where the material is, in enough detail for us to find it (a link or the handle and item name);
- a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner;
- your physical or electronic signature.
When we get a complete notice we may remove or disable the material and tell the person who posted it.
6. counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, send a counter-notice to support@carnivore.ai with:
- your name, address, email address and phone number;
- a description of the removed material and where it was before removal;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe in good faith that it was removed by mistake or misidentification;
- a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your address (or, outside the United States, of any judicial district where Nyedis can be found) and will accept service from the person who sent the notice;
- your physical or electronic signature.
We may pass the counter-notice to the person who sent the notice. If they do not tell us they have started a court action, we may restore the material.
